Wind Prospect values transparent and community-focused engagement. We understand that local communities play an essential role in shaping projects, and it’s crucial to ensure people have a voice in the process. Our approach is to provide clear and timely information and meaningful opportunities for feedback.

We recognise the importance of building meaningful, lasting relationships with the communities where we develop our projects. We aim to be positive and responsible participants through respectful engagement and open dialogue.

We are working closely with landowners, neighbours, local councils and community groups to understand the region’s interests, concerns, and aspirations. Throughout the Project’s development, we will provide regular updates, hold community information sessions and offer various channels for feedback.

Community and stakeholder engagement opportunities

Since the public announcement of the Project in April 2025, Wind Prospect has undertaken early community and stakeholder engagement for the proposed Bendenine Wind Farm to inform the preparation of this Scoping Report.

Engagement activities have included community meetings, drop-in information sessions, one-on-one discussions with near neighbours and landholders, targeted briefings, and broader communication through newsletters, and the project website. Feedback received during these activities has provided valuable insight into community views and expectations, and has been carefully documented and considered by the Project team.

We’re in the community regularly and look forward to speaking with more residents in the months ahead.

We’re committed to open and ongoing communication and encourage you to reach out at any time. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping the proposed Project.
